Shipping and Returns
At this time, we are only shipping to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Stay tuned as we add shipping areas in the future.
You will receive an email from us when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify email@example.com.
For European and Canadian orders, orders will ship out every Friday.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges for a different size are free.
