Silas Baxter-Neal has been skating professionally since 2006. In 2008, Silas was named Thrasher magazine’s Skater of the Year.

Silas lives in Portland Oregon where he grows his own food, does his art, and of course skates.

We traveled with Silas to the forest, the beach, and downtown Portland and talked skating, sustainability and connecting to nature.
